デザイン管理の、PCのページ詳細設定の編集中に
「商品購入/ご入力内容のご確認」
ページ詳細の編集画面で一部の行を削除してしまい、
ページエラーになり困っております。
「商品購入/ご入力内容のご確認」のデータを
最初の状態にもどす方法はありますでしょうか？
ご教示いただけますでしょうか。

下記は一部の行を削除後のデータです。
