現在ECCUBE3系にてサイトを構築しております。
本日より突然フロントページ・管理ページ問わず500エラーが発生するようになりました。

ログを確認したところ下記のエラーが表示されておりました。

管理画面・FTPやターミナルよりキャッシュフォルダを削除するとしばらく見れるようになるのですが、やはり書き込みエラーが発生するようです。

そこで下記のご質問をさせてください。

・「/app/cache」の推奨パーミッションを教えて下さい。
・書き込みができなくなる理由について分かる範囲で教えてください。
・その対策についてご存知であれば教えて下さい。

自己解決しましたのでご連絡させていただきます。
本件はパーミッションやシステムに関連する不具合ではありませんでした。

結論からいえばサーバー設定によるエラーです。
弊社ではHetemlサーバーを利用しておりますが、1アカウントあたり100万ファイルまでという制限がございました。

数十サイトを１アカウントに詰め込んで運営しており、その制限１００万ファイルに到達しておりました。

そのため、１００万１ファイル目にキャッシュの書き込みが発生して、エラーとなりました。

みなさんはこんなことないかと思いますが、珍しい事象でありますので自己解決の報告をさせていただきます。
