オーナーズストアで、決済モジュールを購入してインストールしようと思ったんですが、インストールまでは出来るのですが、設定の段階でエラーが出て設定が出来ません。

ざっくり言うと、DB の権限周りの問題のようですね。
テーブルのオーナーと割り当て権限を確認すると良いと思います。
