(Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 2338) from 59.85.109.146 エラーログを見る限り、/data/Smarty/templates/default/shopping/payment.tplに問題があるようです。 {/foreach}タグの閉じ忘れ等がないかどうか確認してみてください。
