表題の件、
eccube-2.3.1/data/mtb_constants_init.php
eccube-2.3.1/html/install/index.php
eccube-2.3.1/html/install/sql/insert_data.sql
の対処方法について教えていただきたいです。

まずは、変更差分をだしました。
$ diff -u -r eccube-2.3.0 eccube-2.3.1 >diff230_231.txt

$ grep ^eccube diff230_231.txt
では、COPYINGが新しい方にないだけ、なので無視して、

$ grep ^--- diff230_231.txt | cut -f1 | cut -f2 -d' '
で、以下の39個のファイルがでてまいりました。

最初の2つのテンプレートは上書きでたぶん問題なくて、
次の34個のプログラムファイルも上書きで問題ないのですが、
残りの3つに関しては、初期化に関するものかと。

１．
index.phpはすでに削除しているので、無視してよいと
思いますがよろしいでしょうか？

２．
mtb_constants_init.phpは上書きで問題ないでしょうか？
SC_Initial.phpで、キャッシュがない時にしか参照されないので
必要ない気がしましたので。

３．
insert_data.sqlの変更は、
mtb_constantsのものだけなので、
該当の行をupdateするつもりですが問題ないでしょうか？
