インストール後、メインイメージ設定画面を開くと

上記のエラーログが記録され、

そのまま、画像をアップロードし
保存を行うと、システムエラーが発生しました。
大変お手数ですが、サイト管理者までご連絡ください。

と警告が出て、ID、パスワード入力画面に飛ばされる状態です。

再度、ログインし、記録されるログは、

画像の読み込み、書き込みの部分の処理かな？と思うのですが・・・

plg_MainImage_SC_UploadFile_Ex.phpのエラーが出ている部分は

その時の$keyname_keyの値は、0でした。
