カスタムでフォームタイプを作り、

$builder
->add('save', 'submit', array(
'attr' => array('class' => 'save'),
));

として、Twigファイルで

{{ form_widget(form.save) }}

としてもエラーになります。'submit'を'text'にするとテキストが表示されるので、他は間違ってないと想います。ちなみにエラーメッセージは以下の二つです。
(admin_formはtwigファイルとFormTypeの名前です。)


1.Unable to render the form as none of the following blocks exist: "_admin_form_save_errors", "submit_errors", "button_errors".


2.An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Unable to render the form as none of the following blocks exist: "_admin_form_save_errors", "submit_errors", "button_errors"."
