管理画面からキャッシュをクリアしたら500エラーでアクセス不能 ▼テンプレート
[EC-CUBE] EC-CUBE4.0.1 [レンタルサーバ] ロリポップ スタンダードプラン [現象] FTPから自動返信メールのテンプレートを変更したあとテスト購入しましたが、メールの内容に変更がなかったので、EC-CUBE管理画面よりキャッシュの削除をしたら、管理画面、サイト全て500 errorになりアクセスできなくなりました。 こちらのフォーラムでキャッシュを削除すれば・・・とありましたので、FTPよりvar/cashe/prodを削除しましたが、まだエラーのままです。 どのようにすればよいでしょうか。 |

難しければエラー内容はログの確認をされた方が良いと思います。 管理画面にアクセスできなければ/var/log/prodの中にログファイルが存在します。

Re: 管理画面からキャッシュをクリアしたら500エラーでアクセス不能 logの見方、正しくわからないのですが、私なりに考えて4/6に管理画面内の操作でエラーになっていたので、0406のadmin-2019-04-06.logを調べたところ、以下のエラーがございました。

4/5-4/7のadmin front siteそれぞれCriticalの文字を検索しましたが、ありませんでした。 他に調べ方ってあるのでしょうか？ |

システムエラーが発生しました という文言で検索するのもよさそうです

レンタルサーバーのログは確認可能でしょうか？
