下記テンプレートを使用したいです。
EC-CUBEレスポンシブWebデザインテンプレート No.p4006(4.2.3)

テンプレートをインストールする前に
おすすめ商品管理プラグインをインストールし有効化しなければなりません。
おすすめ商品管理プラグイン(4.2/4.3系)をインストールしようとすると
下記エラーが表示されインストールできない状態です。

　上記リンクからRecommend-plugin4.2.0をインストールし有効化するもテンプレート上で正常に機能せず。
　Recommend-plugin4.3.0をインストールしようとしたところ既にインストールされているというエラーが出てしまい不可。
　WebAPIプラグインを削除するも不可。
　管理画面よりキャッシュ削除するも不可。

phpのバージョンが 8.2.20 を利用されているためだと思われます。

PHP バージョンを8.1に変更するか
php8.2を利用するには、EC-CUBE4.3へアップデートをご検討ください。
