商品を一種1000個ずつ購入し、複数送り先指定を選択して500個ずつ送り先を選択しようとすると403エラーになります。

数量１ずつ送り先を指定した場合は正常に購入処理できます。
（また、あまった行に数量１を指定した場合も正常に購入処理できます）
環境はhetemlサーバー、
EC-Cubeのバージョンは2.13.1
PHPバージョンはPHP 5.4.11です。
