圧縮時にうまくいかなかったようで、圧縮前のファイルで試したところスムーズに移行できました。

こちらで解決済とさせて頂きます。

is a corrupted tar file <= 直訳すると「破損したtarファイルです」なので
20210316.tar.gzがおかしくなっているのではないでしょうか？

もう一度、バックアップデータを作る所から操作されてみては如何でしょうか？

2系のシステムからバックアップをダウンロードし、データ移行プラグインを使用してアップするとシステムエラーが表示された。

最初に登録した際には問題なかったのですが、一度情報を削除し、再度同じように登録したところエラーが表示され進めません。
どなたかご教授願えないでしょうか？
