オーナーズストアの利用マニュアル通り設定は済んでいます。
認証キーも設定完了しています。
「購入商品一覧を取得する」ボタンをクリックすると
「配信サーバーへ接続できません。」というエラーが出てきます。

購入商品一覧のページは以下の文字が表示されます。

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

過去ログは試してみましたが、同じ現象でした。
EC-CUBEオーナーズストアからの「よくあるご質問」に掲載されているものを試してみると、こんなエラーがでました。

Basic認証などを設定されている場合は、store.ec-cube.netからの通信を許可する設定を行ってください。
（http://（EC-CUBE設置URL）/upgrade/index.phpに外部からアクセスできれば問題ございません。）

パーミッションを777→755変更しても同じ画面です。
どうしたら良いでしょうか？
