[現象]
今回、セキュリティ強化に伴うインターフェース仕様変更およびEMV3Dセキュア導入義務化にあたり、
ソニーペイメント決済ププラグイン(e-SCOTT Smart light for EC-CUBE決済モジュール(4系))の
アップデートをしなければいけないのですが、
管理画面のオーナーズストア → プラグイン一覧 → ソニーペイメントサービス決済プラグインの｢アップデート｣から行うと
エラーが発生してインストールする事ができません。
以前(1年位前)に何度かソニーペイメントサービス決済プラグインアップデートした事があるのですが、その時は特に問題なく
アップデートできました。
その後、ソニーペイメントサービス【4系】定期購入用プラグイン　[1.1.0]と帳票PDF[インボイス]プラグイン　[4.0.2]
のプラグインを追加しました。
インストールの際には、
①管理画面の[コンテンツ管理] → [キャッシュ管理]からキャッシュクリア
②FTPにてEC-CUBEディレクトリ内の var/cache/ 以下のディレクトリを削除
③上記2つのプラグインを無効化。(ソニーペイメントサービス【4系】定期購入用プラグインと帳票PDF[インボイス]プラグイン)
※多々、無効化すると次の画面で500 Internal Server Errorになります。ブラウザの再読み込みを行うと
「ソニーペイメントサービス定期購入プラグイン」を無効にしました。
「ソニーペイメントサービス定期購入プラグイン」は既に無効です。
と表示されます。
有効化する時にも500 Internal Server Errorになる時があります。
④管理画面の「コンテンツ管理」 → 「メンテナンス管理」からメンテナンスモードを有効
その後、アップデート → エラー

仕様変更の期日も迫っている為、かなり困っています。
この現象や、対処法についてお教示いただければと存じます。

プラグイン提供元のソニーペイメントサービス テクニカルサポートデスクへは連絡したのですが、サポート対象外との事です...。
