海外サーバーのタイムゾーンでエラー eccube-2.11.4 を海外サーバーにインストールしているのですが
タイムゾーンをどのような設定にすればいいのでしょうか？ data/class/util/GC_Utils.php on line 221 ファイルをみても どこを修正すればいいのかわかりません？ 日本時間でもシンガポール時間でも どちらでもいいのですが？？？ Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings.
