プラグイン：ソニーペイメントサービス決済プラグイン
質問カテゴリーに誤りがあったので、再投稿いたします。
とあるユーザーが下記商品を購入されたのですが、
注文完了メール内の「ご注文商品明細」と「配送情報」に記載されている商品情報が違う問題が発生しております。
また、管理画面の受注管理の「受注管理商品」の情報も違っておりました。
■購入された商品（クレジットカード決済）
・商品A：送料無料、発送日目安に「1週間以降」を設定
・商品B：送料発生（600円）、発送日目安に「3～4日後」を設定
■購入ユーザー
・購入日：2021/11/4 05:20
・お届け希望日：2021/11/12
■メールで届いた各内容
●ご注文商品明細
・商品A
送料：600円
小計：[商品Aの金額+送料]
※ここの送料は恐らく「商品B」に発生した送料だが、「ご注文商品明細」には、商品Bの記載がない
●配送情報
[お客様配送先住所]
・商品A
・商品B
※ここでは、「商品A」と「商品B」両方の記載がある。
■管理画面の受注管理
●受注商品情報
・商品A
送料：600円
小計：[商品Aの金額+送料]
※ここも送料は恐らく「商品B」に発生した送料だが、「受注商品情報」には、商品Bの記載がない
こちらでも同じ商品をカートに入れ、決済完了前まで進んでみましたが、
画面上では、正常に「商品A」「商品B」とその送料の記載がしてある状態です。
何か考えられる事などありましたら、お教えいただけますでしょうか。
「ソニーペイメントサービス決済プラグイン」にも問い合わせを行ったのですが、そちらでも問題の再現ができないとの返答がありました。

「site.log」から該当のユーザーのアクセスログを確認してみました。
「05:11:27 [/products/list.php]」部分で、商品一覧から突然支払い方法の「05:19:59 [/shopping/payment.php]」へアクセスしているので、別タブで開いて操作しているのかと思っておりますが、別タブで開くことによる影響などあるのでしょうか。
お力を貸していただけますでしょうか。
