連続投稿ですいません。。。
環境
EC CUBE 2.3.4、PHP PHP 5.2.9、MySQL 5.1.33-beta、XREAの無料サーバです。


こちらのサイトの手順どうり行い（http://www.verma.org/japanese/）
ようやくインストール画面まで進んだのですが、アクセス権限のチェックで
>> �ߡ�/virtual/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxx.jp/eccube/data/cache/mtb_constants.php(644)
�桼�������߸���(666, 606��)����Ϳ���Ʋ�������
と、なぜか文字化けがでてしまいます。たぶんdata/cache/mtb_constants.php(644)を666か606に変更せよ。との事かと理解し、変更しようとするのですが、変更を完了しても自動的に644に戻ってしまい変更できません。なぜでしょうか？？
すいませんが素人なので教えていただけると助かります。

PHP の内部エンコーディングが UTF-8 以外で認識しているかも。

所有者変更して(FTPのユーザで) 644 だとマズイかも。

WEB サーバのユーザになっているなら、644 で良いはずなんですが、何でエラー検出されているのかは、少々不明ですね。

文字化けに関しては、
おそらくFTPをするときに
アスキーモードでしてるのでは？
バイナリモードでアップロードしてみてください。


もしできるなら、サーバ上でファイルを解凍した方が、
パーミッション関係の悩みが少なくなりますよ。

CGIWrap encountered an error while attempting to execute this script:
Error Message: Exec format error
Error Number: 8
This message usually indicates there is a problem with the script itself. Often this indicates either that the #! line of the script is incorrect, or the script was uploaded in binary mode instead of ascii mode. Check to make sure that the script does not have control-M's at the end of every line. That will prevent it from executing. An easy fix that takes care of this most of the time is to put '#!/.../perl --' instead of '#!/.../perl' on the first line of the script.
If you are not the owner of this script, please forward this error and the URL that caused it to the script owner. That is often the component in the URL right after /cgiwrap/.
と、インストール画面まで進む事もできなくなりました。。。
ファイル所有者の修正とは別の事でだめになったのでしょうか？？
またこのエラーの場合どこをどのように直せばいいのでしょうか？

xrea 固有の事象だと思いますので、サポート先に聞くのが良いかと思います。
CGI ラッパーが PHP と識別できていない感じですね。

なお、EC-CUBE SVN 最新版のインストールのみでしたら、無保証ですが無償で承っておりますので、ご入用でしたらお申し付けください。
本日時点で承っているのは、下記のバージョンです。
・2.3.4
・2.4.0-RC2
・2.3.3-comu

と、インストール前の状態まで戻ってしまいました・・・
