カスタマイズは行っておりません... たぶん。
前任者からの引き継ぎなのですが、その前任者いわく「カスタマイズはしていないはず」との何とも曖昧な答えなので。

プラグインをすべてアンインストールしてからアップデートでも、結果は同じです。

500エラーが発生した時のエラーログは以下の通り
