[現象]
プラグイン：商品問い合わせプラグイン for EC-CUBE4 をインストールしたら、システムエラーが起きました。

※サーバーにログインし、var/cache を削除してみましたが、エラーのままです。
解決方法をご存じの方がいらっしゃればご教示をお願いいたします。
